until a fairy godmother or wise witch figure offers them an easy, quick, magical solution...

only for the magic to dry up, often at the stroke of midnight.

Over and over again, I tried so many things, and none worked for long. 

Much like in fairy tales, each new exercise program, diet plan, and health trend was like magic at first.

They would work for a few weeks to a few months, until the magic dissipated as if it never existed. 

My brain felt like a computer trying to run programs for an incompatible operating system.

Tired and frustrated, I felt like giving up, instead I studied, studied, and studied some more.

With an abundance of determination and much trial and error...

I wrote a system that works for my brain in ways nothing else has,

and adapted that whole process to help others succeed without that struggle.

Midnight Coach was created with that mission at its heart.
